Cancelation Policy

In case of change of plans or dissatisfaction, customers may cancel their reservations and apply for a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and compensation will be as follows:
Certain cancellations may affect cancellation charges which are as stated below:
• Cancellations 48hrs before the pickup time will affect NO cancellation charges.
• Cancellations 24hrs prior to pick up will affect cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the advance amount paid.
• Cancellation in less than 8 hours prior to pick up will affect cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the advance amount paid.
• On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will affect cancellation equivalent to 100% of the amount paid. For amount paid by cash, a Cheque will be dispatched and for amount paid by card or net-banking, amount will be refunded within 7-10 Business days.
